Terms of Service
Version 2.0 · Last updated: October 31, 2026
1. The service and who provides it
Hey Teco is provided by AM CAPITAL GROUP CORP, a United States company (Miami, Florida). It offers businesses a platform to receive and answer the messages and comments on their digital channels, with an artificial intelligence assistant (Teco), a unified inbox and contact follow-up tools.
2. Acceptance and versions
By creating an account, or by signing in to the dashboard when we ask you to, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. We keep a record: who accepted, when, which version and from which IP address (only as an encrypted digest and masked). If we publish a new version with significant changes, we will ask you to accept it when you sign in; if you do not accept it, you can close your account.
3. Account and use
- Hey Teco may only be used by businesses and people over 18, with business accounts on the platforms they connect.
- The business is responsible for the accounts it connects, for the information it uploads so Teco can answer, for what is published or answered on its behalf, and for its team keeping their access safe.
- Hey Teco may not be used to send unsolicited messages, impersonate others, break the rules of the connected platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, X) or for illegal activities.
4. Teco is an artificial intelligence
Teco is an artificial intelligence assistant and says so: in the website chat with a fixed notice and, in messaging and comments, in its first message of each conversation (or the first one after 24 hours). If asked, it never denies being an AI. The business can change the text of that notice, but not turn it off, and agrees not to present Teco as a person.
Teco answers with the information the business uploads. It can make mistakes. The business must review the conversations and keep the information up to date. When Teco does not know an answer, it says so and alerts a person at the business. Hey Teco does not guarantee that any of Teco's answers is correct, complete or timely.
5. Third-party platforms
The service depends on the interfaces of Meta, Google and other platforms. Changes, limits or outages on those platforms may affect the service and are not Hey Teco's responsibility. Fees charged by those platforms (for example, WhatsApp messages) are borne by the business.
WhatsApp messages. Starting October 1, 2026, Meta charges for the WhatsApp messages sent through Hey Teco (Teco's replies and those the team sends from the panel). Each number gets 1,000 free replies per month; from the 1,001st on, Meta charges each message based on the recipient's country. Templates are charged from the first one. Meta bills the business directly, using the payment method on its WhatsApp Business account; Hey Teco does not charge for it or receive anything from it. Without a payment method, Meta stops delivering replies once the free ones are used. Current rates: Meta's pricing page.
6. Sign in with Google and connected Google services
You can sign in to the dashboard or create your account with your Google account; if you do not have an account yet, one is created with that email address along with a business on the free trial plan, under these same terms. The business can also connect its YouTube channel and its Google Calendar so Teco can handle comments and book appointments.
- When using those services, you must also comply with Google's terms and policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service if you connect YouTube.
- You may only connect Google accounts that are yours or that you are authorized to use on behalf of the business.
- You can disconnect YouTube or Google Calendar at any time from the dashboard, or remove Hey Teco's access from your Google Account permissions (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
- What data we receive from Google, how we use and store it, and how to ask for its deletion is explained in section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
7. Plans, payments, cancellation and refunds
- Free trial. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial, with no card. When it ends, Teco is paused until the business chooses a plan and pays.
- Price and billing. The price, what each plan includes and whether it is paid monthly or yearly are shown in Home → My plan before paying. Card payments are processed by Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each period until the business cancels. Conversations above those included in the plan are added to the next invoice. Prices do not include third-party charges (for example, the WhatsApp messages in section 5).
- Failed payment. If a charge fails, the business has 7 days to fix it; after that, Teco is paused until the payment goes through, and it comes back on its own once charged.
- Cancellation. The business can cancel at any time from Home → My plan → «Manage my card and invoices» (the Stripe portal), where it can also change its card and see its invoices. The plan continues until the end of the period already paid, it is not charged again, and then Teco is paused. Data is kept as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Refunds. Amounts already paid are not refunded pro rata for cancelling in the middle of a period. We do refund a charge made in error or a duplicate charge, and whatever the law requires. To ask for it, write to us (section 13) within 30 days of the charge; if it applies, the refund goes back to the same card through Stripe.
8. Data
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. The data of the business and its conversations belongs to the business; Hey Teco processes it to provide the service and on the business's behalf. The business is responsible for informing its customers and for having the authorizations its law requires to serve them through these channels.
9. Liability
Hey Teco is provided «as is». To the extent permitted by law, AM CAPITAL GROUP CORP is not liable for indirect damages, lost sales or lost data arising from use of the service, and its total liability is limited to the amount paid by the business in the three months before the claim.
10. Termination
The business can close its account whenever it wants. Hey Teco may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the rules of the connected platforms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its number and date; if the change is significant, we ask you to accept it when you sign in to the dashboard (section 2).
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
